Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (Trekking ~12km)

09:00 AM: Meet your guide at the designated location in Sapa town

Begin trekking down to Y Linh Ho village, walking through the famous Muong Hoa Valley with stunning rice terraces

Learn about H’mong traditions and take scenic photos

Continue the walk through Lao Chai village, where the Black H’mong people live

12:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local house or restaurant along the trail

In the afternoon, trek to Ta Van village, home of the Giay ethnic minority

4:00–5:00 PM: Check in at your traditional homestay – wooden stilt house, clean and cozy

6:30 PM: Dinner with the host family – enjoy delicious home-cooked mountain cuisine

Evening at leisure: help cook, share stories, or rest under the stars
Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Waterfalls – Sapa (Trekking ~6km)

07:30 – 08:30 AM: Breakfast at the homestay

Trek through bamboo forests to Giang Ta Chai village, home of the Red Dao people

Visit a charming waterfall, see the traditional houses and learn about local customs

12:00 PM: Enjoy lunch (picnic-style or local home meal)

After lunch, continue trekking to the main road

2:00–3:00 PM: Return by car to Sapa town – end of tour
